Absolutely brutal. No wonder the guy has no employees and works alone on monkey work. Be Prepared to listen all about how hard he works and how much he has to do and expect you to give him sympathy. Then when that's over he will give you flat tires to drive away with!!! Great service
I can only speak on my experience with John. Which was so bad it left me actually confused. I won't get into the whole long story but plain and simple. I took a flat tire into John thinking nothing of it. John makes me wait close to 2 hours for a single golf cart tire. After phoning and asking for an appointment he claimed all I had to do was"roll it over" being such a small job. It’s been a long time since I’ve met a mechanic as fair, up front & honest as John at Fixin’ Flats. Our car had been in storage for a year when we brought it in, worried it might not make the journey back through the Rockies. I can’t believe our luck! John came out right away, evaluated the tires, provided us with an honest assessment, incredibly reasonable price & completed the job right there on the spot!! The best shop town! Can’t rave enough at how efficient, honest and kind John was! He gave constant updates and explained what he was doing. Truly someone you can trust no matter what and the best/fair prices in town. I will not be going anywhere else in the future and can’t recommend the shop enough!
