Website is well put together. Pricing seems reasonable. The issue I have is my email confirmation states tire will be ready for pick up within 2 to 3 days. I didn’t hear from the company so I called on the 4th day and was told to call back Friday. That’s a 7 day waiting period. I drive 50+ miles to work one way. Driving long distance for this long on a spare is not ideal.
I just called twice to ask about tires and both times I get a machine telling me to leave a message. Also the two options are one for English and 2 for Chinese? Then it goes straight to voicemail. I just wanted to know if they have a tire in stock and if they install at their location since I'm in Los Angeles. But I can't even get a human on the phone. It's only 1:15pm on Monday. Initially nervous trusting this site but worked out better than expected. Ordered tires and were delivered in less than 3 days to my requested tire shop. Tires were in great condition besides being slightly dirty (no big deal). Customer service was excellent. Will definitely be my go to for tires.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered some tires, the order went through and I was told they were in stock and that they were supposed to come in three business days. I called to check in on my order and they said they are in transit and on their way. I get a text message the day that the tires are supposed to arrive saying that the tires are out of stock.
