Fix & Finish has not responded in the required manner after the Government of Ontario’s Consumer officer sent them two notifications about a complaint. Due to their failure to respond to the substance of this complaint and/or to remedy the situation, the name of the business, Fix & Finish, along with other required information is placed on the Government of Ontario’s Consumer Beware List, which is accessible by the general public online at https://www.ontario.ca/page/search-consumer-beware-list.

Here are two pictures regarding of the shoddy cedar hedge removal job done by Fix & Finish in my back yard that I paid them for. Further, because of this poor work done I had to hire another contractor to remove the stumps because Fix & Finish wasn't going to remove them. So, I paid another contractor to fix this issue and preserve my relationships with my neighbors who were starting to complain about Fix & Finish not respecting the deadline promised for the fence work in their contract.
