Scheduled a furniture assembly they canceled on me twice no explanation it was a huge inconvenience. I ended up having to find an another company to do the job.
absolutely awful. firstly the handyman ruined 3 drawers by drilling incorrect holes in them. after returning with the new ones, the “finished” job left 2 noticeable nicks on my pantry. one handle isn’t tightened. another handle isn’t even on one of the screws; the screw is just sticking out. i would give zero stars if possible. i cannot believe this is acceptable. please use Ace handyman services instead and save yourself the headache and money.
We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that d... read more
They were very easy to book with and professional! A great handyman showed up to save the day!
In all honesty, I was a little apprehensive in this process as my usual “go-to handymen” were tied up…I stumbled on this company and they over-delivered! Ian was on time, super professional and even cleaned up the entire job site after the work was completed. 10/10 would recommend
