If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Both times having to use this companies services have been some of the most headache free, understanding and supportive moments I have ever had the pleasure of in a mechanics shop. They are honest, helpful, compassionate, and understanding. Wether its a big fix or a little fix, these guys fix it right, EVERYTIME!!
The only place I go, since their days at Alma and talbot.warren and Bill always made me feel welcome and that they ACTUALLY cared. Plus I never felt like I was being played unlike some other garages dubious behavior. I may cry about the estimates, but it's honest . Trust is a hard thing to achieve and maintain,congratulations! Steve and the Fixed Right crew are as honest and hard working as they come. The amount of volume and work that is completed at this shop is remarkable. Even with the organized chaos, you are still greeted with a warm welcome and an explanation of the work. It is difficult to find a trusted mechanic, but Steve sure sets the mindset aside.
