Our experience with Fixcrowd was unprofessional from start to finish. Appointments were repeatedly missed or rescheduled at the last minute due to poor planning. On one occasion, they arrived hours late in the evening, only to say they had taken on other jobs in the building and would return the following day. When the door was finally installed, it was cut inside our flat with no proper protection, leaving sawdust across our kitchen and living room. Terrible time using fixcrowd, charge me for work and it broke shortly after. Won’t use again as not trustworthyÂ
Poor experience, charged me to come and fix my toilet and when it broke again were not prepared to come and rectify their work, wanted to charge me again. Would advise to not use.Â
