Got helped by the owner, he was really nice and seemed like he was interested In what was wrong with my device which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend to anyone in Bellingham with tech issues to come here!
Brilliant!!! Love love love this place. They are smart, quick, problem solvers. No BS. And, so you know ... When they tell you they are 2 weeks out on diagnostics and it's $79.99 which goes towards the repair. Pay it and drop off your stuff. It's worth it. Their prices are fair and they are great techs. If they get to your equipment quicker, you'll get it back quicker. But if you don't drop, you missed out on great opportunity.
When I left my phone in the shop on February 21st, I was informed to anticipate an email update on a replacement part would likely have to be shipped the following week. Three weeks later, when I had not been contacted, I went in just to get my dead phone back. Caleb refunded the diagnostic fee, so I ended up without any loss. Staff was friendly, place was nice, but just ended up back at square one. In the words of Bob Dylan, "you just kinda wasted my precious time."
