Caleb was very soothing and professional dealing with my distress over my work phone not charging and being stuck in loading limbo. He gave an accurate estimate of time needed for repairs and was very good natured after I thanked him for reviving my device. I was lucky that Fixco had the battery in stock but still it was all around an excellent experience in a very stressful situation. Ask for him, and whatever he is getting paid - he needs to be paid more.
Caleb is INCREDIBLE. I was in a dire situation and he was calm, reassuring, respectful, and able to fix my phone quickly. The man deserves a raise.
If you need your phone repaired and want it done fairly by good people, this is your spot. These guys are honest and considerate. As someone whose been in business operations for years, this is a phenomenal shop with high quality service. The owner is transparent and kind, further adding to the experience. Highly recommended. Don’t short change yourself and go somewhere else!
