I was on the hunt for a strength-focused gym that truly prioritises form, weightlifting, and getting strong, and I finally found it! The classes are small, and everyone gets their own squat rack and weights, so you can focus on your own progress with tailored support. The trainers are incredible, they really listen, take note of my challenge areas, and adjust to help me improve safely. I’ve never felt stronger or more supported in my training. Highly recommend!

I’ve never been someone who kept a consistent exercise routine. I’d bounce between HIIT classes, go through phases of Pilates, but never found something I’d plan my week around or willingly wake up early for. Since joining Fixate, that’s completely changed. My strength, weight, and overall headspace have improved drastically, and I can’t imagine ever stopping. I have been coming for a few weeks now and I have to say that Fixate Fitness is the best structured gym I have ever been to. Small classes (no more than 6 people) with an experienced trainer keeping a professional eye on how we are using free weights for correct form and best advantage. Clean and neat premises. I can’t praise highly enough!
I first started training with Dani in 2022, she is amazing at what she does and is incredibly knowledgeable. I joined Fixate when they opened in 2023 and every trainer in the gym has been fantastic. Best gym in Bondi and recommend to anyone who is looking for semi private or 1:1 personal training!
