I got a screen repair by this man a while ago. While my phone was still functioning somewhat, there were faults in my phone after it was repaired. My screen would randomly glitch, and I always had to lock and unlock it to fix it. When I was on a phone call and had the phone to my ear my screen would constantly go black. Dropped off a controller for a stick drift fix. He texted me that he'd need to order a part to fix it, and that it would take a few days. I told him that was fine. I messaged him a week later asking for an update, to which he told me he lost the part. And had to order it again or get a claim from FedEx, I said ok. ANOTHER week goes by, and I ask for an update, he says he's still waiting on the part for a SECOND time.
