Awesome place. Awesome service and great prices. Felt like I have a new phone. Screen was cracked. Service was fast thought it would take hours. But awesome place. I do recommend

So disappointed with the service at the Cypress Creek Pkwy location. I went and got my screen repaired about 3 months ago and the worker at the time told me that it had a year warranty on the screen, even with the back glass of my phone being cracked. So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The store in Cypress is such a disappointment. I went to get my iPad screen fixed and less than a week later, the home button no longer worked. I went back to have it fixed and they would not honor the warranty and wanted me to pay MORE MONEY. As a business owner myself, I cannot understand why they would lie and try to take advantage of a repeat customer. I recommend everyone go to the repair shop around the corner from this store because this particular store’s customer service is horrible and this location should be close... read more
