Awesome place. Awesome service and great prices. Felt like I have a new phone. Screen was cracked. Service was fast thought it would take hours. But awesome place. I do recommend
So disappointed with the service at the Cypress Creek Pkwy location. I went and got my screen repaired about 3 months ago and the worker at the time told me that it had a year warranty on the screen, even with the back glass of my phone being cracked. So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The glass hasn’t cracked anymore than it was before because we bought an otterbox case for it w... read more
The store in Cypress is such a disappointment. I went to get my iPad screen fixed and less than a week later, the home button no longer worked. I went back to have it fixed and they would not honor the warranty and wanted me to pay MORE MONEY. As a business owner myself, I cannot understand why they would lie and try to take advantage of a repeat customer. I recommend everyone go to the repair shop around the corner from this store because this particular store’s customer service is horrible and this location should be close... read more
