Overall, their costumer service is very good, welcoming and very quick at working on damaged devices!
I went to this store to replace my iPhone 11 screen. Just three days after the repair, it started raining, and water got inside the phone. This never happened with the original screen. They never warned me that the new screen might lose water resistance. When I returned to ask for a fix, they refused to help or take responsibility. Very unprofessional and dishonest service.
