I was hoping it would be as great as everyone else said. They used an oily polish everywhere inside of the car which left streaks all over the windows that are not coming out with window cleaner. There are grease streaks running down the windshield on the inside of the car. Also, they buffed parts of the car so hard that paint chipped off both the door frame and my wheels.

Working as a professional driver, wear and tear caused by customers needs to be fixed, like damage to the fabric of a seat. FTL did a fantastic job getting the panel replaced to "like new" condition. Thanks!
