The owner, Ben , was thorough in his diagnosis of a possible water leak. He took the time to explain The source of water seepage in a ‘straight to the point’ manner that I could understand.
Ben was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This is not the first time I have called on this company for plumbing issues. Ben replaced an outside hose spigot, a leaking cut off valve in the crawl space under the house and replaced the cartridge in my bathtub/shower during this service call. I highly recommend Fix the Drip for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.
Fix the Drip accommodated me and was very prompt and professional. I was needing to move my plumbing promptly due to new sink and countertops and they got to my house fast and took care of my plumbing needs to satisfaction. I give them a 10/10. Thank you for all of your help and hardwork!
