Had my computer for over a week after they said it would be ready, still didnt know what was wrong when I called. Repeatedly didn’t update me and ignored my calls.

HARDWARE ALLEGEDLY "STOLEN" FROM THIS STORE Brought in my ipod for repair and external hard drive to save data from my ipod. I had to call several times over nearly two months to follow up and get a report on the status of the repair - they were not proactive at all about contacting me. When I finally went to retrieve my stuff (even though they hadn't confirmed it was fixed) they "couldn't find" my external hard drive.
