Had a fabulous experience with Clarence helping re-grout a bathroom floor. He was very knowledgeable and even try to help us find the correct tile. Best part, the bathroom floor looks new! Definitely will be asking for him again in the future!
Bad service - had them out for an estimate and despite being advertised as "Firm Appointments: No sitting around all morning or afternoon waiting for us." the guy did not come at the scheduled time. Also, he asked me a lot of personal questions unrelated to the work/estimate and it rather creeped me out - would advise women to avoid.
Paperwork always in order insurance, quotation, and billing. Knowledgeable, craft personnel working to code, doing high quality work (electrical, plumbing, re-caulking, flooring, patching drywall, and painting). Very responsive to the customer's needs.
I have used FIX ST LOUIS for several projects and all were well and efficiently done. But, I’m writing today to praise the honesty of Dr Steve and his company. Almost four months ago they completed a job for me and I charged it to my credit card. They recently realized my card was charged an additional time resulting in a sizable overcharge. They emailed me to alert me to this and arrange for a refund! I must say that this unselfish honesty is extremely rare these days! Yeah FIX ST LOUIS and Dr. Steve. 👏
