I don't deal with this business, but my son did, had to have a dryer looked at. Soon as this gentleman walked in the door he was arrogant, rude and informed me I would pay before he left. Advised I wasn't paying a penny, he again informs me I would be paying before he left. Again informed him I would not. I am not the person that purchased appliance which was very obvious. Ten months fix rite attempted to repair our sub zero refrigerator. $2589.00 spent, the repair man failed to find the cause of the problem. His solution was to say I was at fault for leaving the door ajar (the unit has and alarm). When making an appointment fix rite cant give a window of time when to expect the repair person.
