I hired Charlie for a plumbing project for my business in March. I paid him a deposit of half of the final price. I waited 6 months until I had to find out through the state that he did not submit his application for a permit. During the 6 months, he was unprofessional and unresponsive. He would set a time to come to my business, but would never show up or cancel last minute. Upon knowledge of him not submitting the permit to the state.
