The owner lacks communication skills with his Customers! He suggested I have them install our dishwasher even though Costco would return and install for free!! They made negative comments about Costco installers!! They installed the panels incorrectly and one panel was damaged when we tried to open the door. I hired Charlie for a plumbing project for my business in March. I paid him a deposit of half of the final price. I waited 6 months until I had to find out through the state that he did not submit his application for a permit. During the 6 months, he was unprofessional and unresponsive. He would set a time to come to my business, but would never show up or cancel last minute. Upon knowledge of him not submitting the permit to the state.
