He quickly assessed the issue and gave me two options: contact Moen for a replacement part or go with an alternative solution he could provide on the spot. A previous contractor had incorrectly installed the diverter spout and damaged the plastic connector piece inside. Excellent service from start to finish! The team at [FIX PLUMBING] was friendly, on time, and very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day. I really appreciated how clean and organized they were throughout the job. It’s hard to find trustworthy tradespeople these days, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to friends and family.
