Physio is not just about the physical aspects of rehab. It is much more holistic. I really appreciate Jacelyn's approach that is one of conversation and discussion of what is happening with her patient in order to drive the best course of action. She has a depth of knowledge that she draws upon and has a great collaborative approach working with my family doctor. BreAnne is the best! She is so knowledgeable and really cares about getting to the root of your problem and finding a solution as best as she can. She is always ready to tackle whatever issue you have! Everybody at the clinic is so kind and seems to genuinely love working there. Plus they have a clinic dog that greets you when you get there! Nothing beats that!
What a wonderful experience! My first appointment today was booked in with Aly via Susana and I must say! Very professional and friendly service! Aly was great at pin pointing my pain, as well as educating me about nerve and tendon damage. If I could leave ten stars I would! Very clean environment and all staff members are well educated in their field! I look forward to my next appointment! Thanks again Aly and Susana ! :)
