This morning on the way to take my son to school, the spring on the garage door broke! I couldn't remember what company replaced it before, but I got lucky and picked the right one. I called just after 8 and they were able to send out a tech by 10:30. David did a great and quick job replacing the spring, which was under a lifetime warranty we didn't know about. I will make sure to recommend this company to others because of their service and quality.

These guys are the real deal. I was skeptical of all the 5-star ratings till we used them... We have a *very* heavy wood 2-spring door, and one spring broke. They came and provided a free estimate - but said they'd have to convert our door to 4 springs, as they only carry one spring type. Our prior door company had a higher estimate for getting two custom springs - with a shorter warranty - and was unable to do the work on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. From the person answering the call to the tech who did the service, this company was a 5 out of 5 all the way. They sent a picture of the tech, same-day service, tech arrived on time, service was thorough, and garage was cleaned up. Based on this first experience, we'll definitely call them again, if/when needed.

The garage door technician sent from Element Garage Door was on time, did a great job fixing the problem. The price seems very reasonable and the cheapest I have known so far. Definitely will call them again if I need to in the future.
