I had a very poor experience with this auto body shop. What was supposed to be a straightforward repair turned into weeks of delays and excuses. They kept pushing back the completion date without giving clear reasons. When I finally got my car back, the repairs were clearly rushed. The paint job was uneven, and some areas looked dull compared to the rest of the car. It was obvious there was little quality control before handing the vehicle back to me.

I would not recommend this auto body shop to anyone. The initial estimate was misleading, and once the work began, the price kept increasing without approval. The final repair work was sloppy, with visible sanding marks under the paint. They also left overspray on nearby panels that weren’t even part of the repair. Customer service was dismissive, making the entire experience even more frustrating.

This auto body shop completely failed to meet expectations. The staff promised clear communication and quality repairs, but neither happened. I had to call multiple times just to get basic updates. When I picked up my car, I noticed parts that didn’t line up correctly and bolts that looked loose. Instead of fixing the problems, they told me it was “normal” and refused to redo the work. Very unprofessional behavior.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of work provided by this shop. The damage was supposed to be fully repaired, but the car still looks uneven from certain angles. The replaced panel doesn’t match the rest of the vehicle, and the paint already shows signs of fading. When I returned to have it addressed, the staff acted like they were doing me a favor instead of honoring their warranty. Definitely not a trustworthy business.
