Have been using this place for a little while since relocating to Port Stephens and will never EVER return. Overpriced, have no knowledge and an absolute joke.

Avoid this garage at all costs! I had a tie rod end replaced, and they returned my car with completely misaligned wheels and an off-centre steering wheel. When I went back immediately to report the issue, they refused to fix it for free, even though it was clearly a direct result of their work. I returned a second time to request a wheel alignment, and they rudely dismissed me, saying that if I wanted it done, I had to pay another $89.
