Awesome customer service! I called several other shops in town and explained that I was on a long trip and needed some help today. None of them cared. Then I called Alex, who said to bring it right over. He listened to me, treated me with respect, diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had me back on the road within a hour. Thank you, Alex!
I am traveling to CA from Florence OR and my A/C stopped working! I google repair shops and they advertised A/C repairs. I spoke to Alex and he seemed knowledgeable and made no promises. It ends up I need a new compressor and possibly more. They fit me in that day and even had 2 part options, new or remanufactured. They dumbed it down enough so I could make an informed decisions. What luck to have found the best repair shop in town on the first try! Thank you Alex and Lilly!!!
