Tim, the owner of fix my ride is a very honest mechanic. Very hard to find these days. He's a one-man show and can get very busy, but he tries to be accommodating. When he does his work, he takes pictures throughout the process and shares it with you. So you know exactly what is going on and gives you a peace of mind as well. Well. Payed to replace 4 ball joints and 9 months later one failed and caused extensive damage when reached out to tim all he did was say he’d have to call the company to check warranty because he bought from a website and were cheap Chinese knock offs. Tim couldn’t even say sorry that happened to your truck or offer to fix the part to make it right. Complete scam artist because he also said did oil change put sticker on with new mileage and reset oil light but never did the oil change
Fix My Ride is my trusted local mechanic. He's skillful and honest and his prices are reasonable. He's comfortable explaining whats wrong and leaving the old parts for customers to see. Takes lots of pictures of what's wrong. Electrical, oil, brakes, body work - I use him for each of these. Its fastest to book an appointment by text, but phone calls work too.
