This was the best experience in customer service I have had in a long while. I called to ask if they would be able to fix my computer screen and over the phone Paul helped me find my computer type, screen type and got off the phone and spent time finding the appropriate screen and then got back to me with a confident yes. I then brought it in and he was responsive and timely and just absolutely nice. My iPhone 11 isn’t the same after the back glass replacement. It keeps losing signals and randomly restarts. I had the back glass cracked for a year without a year with no issues until I had it replaced at this place. Not going back.
