We unfortunately dealt with Elizabeth over the phone, who was rude and pompous, and did not follow through on a number of occasions. This lead us to call and ask for follow up, only to be told by her not to call her, only text... as if we were bothering her!?! Terrible customer service!?! And this went on for weeks!!?!! Amazing customer service. We called Fix My HVAC looking for someone to come out right away. They said they were fully booked for about a week in advance, but even though they couldn't come out themselves they talked us through the issue we were having over the phone and gave us an idea of what we were expecting, plus referred us to another company that could come out right away. These guys are great
