Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They “winterized our tub” as they advised us it was the best option until getting a part replaced. Come to find out they did not properly winterized the lines and all of our pumps turn d into blocks of ice and now we keep getting the run around for weeks saying someone is sick or the weather is too cold when it’s only -2, list goes on and on.. the amount of time spend trying to resolve this issue is insane.. they were very response up until the issue arrived that was cau... read more
If I could give no stars I would ! We had service guy out for the clean package but we also had an issue with it , we were told it was the circulation pump and he said the part is $700 plus labor he drained it then added anti freeze (which we found out that for only pools) he didn’t drain it probably all of our lines are frozen which have now caused all of the seals to go , I have antifreeze I need to some how get out of my frozen jets and he left water in the bottom all frozen and wires not connected and damaged ! ***Update 2025 despite wellness shop/Jacuzzi/Fixmyhottub commenting on my review they refuse to do anything to make things right. Fix My Hot Tub claims in their response that they cannot find my account… they have been to my house several times. Jacuzzi still wants $1500 to ship the hot tub to their warehouse to have it fixed. They refused to offer any real solutions and wouldn’t even offer a gift card for all the inconvenience I have experienced with them. Honestly shocked at the great service. Any more I’m having to be cautious about scammers and people who take advantage of women on their own. That was not the case with Forrest ! He came the same day as my call for help. Forrest was amazing. He was on time, respectful and considerate. He provided more information and help than I expected. Very impressed. He will be the only number in my phone for my hot tub repairs. Thanks Forrest!
