July 6 2026 - I had a service tech visit my home as the tub was not working - he came April 9 2026 - I asked for a price quote to review the work required as I wasn't sure if the previous work was covered under warranty - I still have not received the quote and now again I am chasing for information ... This is my second review - I was not happy with previous customer service as it took 7 months to fix my hot tub. Now my heater is not working ... it hasn't even been a year since it was replaced... I called customer service - left my # - they never called back.. If I could give Fix My Hot Tub 0 stars I would. I would never have thought in a million years that we would be going on 7 weeks to fix a leak on my 16 month old hot tub. I should have done more research on who the Wellness Shop used for fixing hot tubs. From the first technician not even doing a full diagnostic on the tub to see where the leak was as we mentioned where we thought it was, to coming back 2 weeks later to find out where the actually leak was where we told him we thought it was the first visit, he made it worse ... read more
I had a problem with my hot tub - it was hard to diagnose as it happened during the winter and the tub ended up freezing - the inital call was in January ... the technician Matt - advised that it was probably the pump - I decided to replace the pump - it took a long time to get the pump and the service call always takes about 2 weeks .. pump replaced - I was told to fill the tub and we were good to go ... then all the water leaked out of the tub - then we had to order a plug - which took a long time to order and service call... read more
