Very friendly and professional. We had 2 flats and called around 1 AM . The first company didn’t have size 235/40 R19 tires. Fix My Flat had them and arrived at the estimated time they gave us. This was truly the best tire service I have used roadside. They came out, mounted/balanced two used tires. Once they got to us they worked quickly and got us back on the road all for a VERY reasonable rate.

The guy who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. No greeting, hello, or anything. Although I didn’t know my tire size( I know I probably should and that’s my fault) but, I was attempting to ask him to hold on while I looked but all he said was “ you need tire size and location “ and hung up in my face. I barely got a chance to ask him any other question, he just hung up.

Called him he said he closed and i said I thought you was 24hrs and it 5pm on Sunday afternoon. He then stated we closed this weekend. SMH

We valet parked at the casino and they brought our car back with the tire flat at 430 am. Called fix my flat and that’s what he did. Awesome sauce Jamal!!!
