I had lost two of the mounting screws for my Dolphin DB2 pool cleaner - I tried several local pool shops and they were unable to supply these - "Fix My Dolphin" were kind enough to send me these screws free of charge - thank you :-)
This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. Experts in the field, knew exactly what I needed, sent the part quickly and were a breeze to deal with. Could not recommend higher - would give 10/5 if I could. Will definitely be using these guys again.

I wish I'd come straight to Nathan and team when I first had problems with my Dolphin. I spent time messing around with a local Maytronics service outlet who quoted $800 to replace the motor unit. FIx My Dolphin provided the same part for under $600 including shipping, and it took about 15 minutes to fit. Excellent service, including processing the order on the weekend.
I don’t think I have ever received such prompt & efficient service from any business like I got with Fix my Dolphin. Dropped off, quote emailed prior to getting home, easily accepted & ready the next day. And that was on a weekend!! Very professional and easy to deal with. Thoroughly recommend this business.
