Needed screen replacement on my phone, they took full payment including install and said it would be two days. Five days later replacement screen still wasn't shipped. I work part time and really depend on my phone. Asked for a refund and for that I was "banned for life by the owner" Went to QuickFix Mobile in Tucson. Same day repair and $60.00 cheaper!
