Great service and you don't have to ship your device away. If they don't have the parts, they'll order them. Just keep in mind it takes a few days for batteries to be shipped, if that is your problem.

I'd give less than a star if I could. Had my phone put in for a screen repair, and like many others in other reviews, they took ages getting the replacement screen shipped and kept jerking us around until around 5 days later. When we got it back, they had broken the cable connected to the SIM card (Which they were also jerking us around about getting fixed and trying to push the date of repair further out), and ALSO broke my device's connection port, preventing it from charging or connecting to anything. Needed charging port cleaned for phone took about 5 mins and cost 10 bucks, nice employees, solid deal will be back if I ever need phone cleaning/repairs again
I got my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra screen replaced about 6 months apart. They ordered the actual Samsung brand screen and replaced it. Both are working good without any glitches. Probably some people will think it's a little pricy, but if you think about the price of genuine parts, the labor is cheap! I will go back again with no hesitation if I need a repair!
