First of all…the convenience of a mobile service for repairs is a key factor for me. My Class A motorhome isn't small and if I can find a repairman to come to me, I’m a much happier camper! I got my appointment set up with Allen and he arrived right on time. I had an electrical problem for a few weeks while stored at a friend's house. He came out and solved it in less than an hour. We had a tire come off our RV. Not sure why. We pulled into a campground in Auburn by chance. We called FixMyCamper, and Alan Brown went above and beyond to help us. He usually doesn't work on undercarriage issues, but helped us anyway. He ordered replacement parts. The next after they received the parts, they were at our site. We were back on the road the next afternoon. He was very informative. Very grateful for his service.
Always does what he said he would do for the price he said he would do it for AND it's done RIGHT. What more can I say?!
They did a great job. Timely and were able to diagnose the problem after a couple questions and looking at our slide out. I will be definitely using them again if we have another opportunity.
