Last year a tech came out and put freon with dye in the system to find the freon leak. This year the system was out of freon and the leak was found in the evap coil. A matter of less than a week the system was not cooling. I had another person to check out why. There was a second leak by the compressor that was leaking worse and I lost all the freon. This company took such good care of me! Augie determined that the major part of my unit that needed replacing was under warranty, something the other company never checked into. He went to get the part, returned within the hour and the entire process was completed in under two hours. Augie was professional and polite. I would call them again, but hopefully I won’t have to for a while! Great job, highly recommended.
