Cannot get a hold of anyone and they keep redirecting me to a link. I booked an appointment and tried cancelling it because they can't book for two people in one booking and the schedules changed when I was trying to do the second one. They sent me a link and my appointment is not there but I have the confirmation on my email. I kept calling to no avail and sent a message to cancel it before they charge me a fee for no-show. I'm trying to de-stress but booking this appointment is stressing me out. Not user-friendly.
First, I am Chinese and my husband is Caucasian. I went in for a massage and was charged $55 for an hour. My husband went in without me and was charged $60. Second, my husband has gone to this spa for a massage twice. My husband is a musician and requested that the masseuses focus on massaging his arms. Ive been here twice. And i really hate these types of places. But this place made me change my mind. Now it is the only place i will consider. I personally like Amy. She has so much knowledge and strength, which is my preference. She started so soft but she read my physical responses and targeted the areas that my body was telling her i needed. Moved to this area few months. Trying out spa places around this area. This place is great, A+ service, it's a recommend spa location to give a try. Lucy is the person service me. Look for her if you are 1st time coming to this spa location 1st time.
