Went for 90 minutes massage. There was a Chinese new year in store promotion going on (90 min massage for $80). Massage was done good. As I made payment, gave $20 as tip, which was quite generous (25% of $80). But I was told by Ana that the tip was less. She wanted min $25. What?? How much tip?? General rule of thumb is 15%. And tips should be at clients pleasure. Was very disappointed with it. Never saw any business demanding such high tips. May not visit here again.

I gave $20 tip on an $80 service and was told that my tip was not sufficient enough. I was then asked for a $30 tip. Excuse me? Tipping should always be based on the client’s satisfaction — it should never be requested or pressured.

A great place for a massage! The massage therapists were professional, punctual, and effective. They did amazing work on my knots and tense muscles. The hot stones and scalp massage were also amazing touches to the experience. Rooms were clean and atmosphere was comfortable. Would recommend!

Tried to force me to give $20 tip, tip is optional not required. $15 is more than 20% tip, no reason to give anything more if I don’t want to. Seen a review that said exactly what I went through, should have known better. Ok massage

Had a great first visit here. Anna was helpful and professional. Looking forward to returning
