I can't say enough about how great Char is! She is so knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled at what she does. Char has been such a support to me as I have trained for trail races and managed injuries over the last couple years. She is super well connected with other trusted practitioners in the city and has provided me with referrals and exercises to ensure that I am holistically supported in my journey back to full strength. I recommend Char to all my friends looking for a massage therapist in the city!

As an avid volleyball player, Char always has tips/tricks up her sleeve to improve my physical state! I had chronic tension in my calves for 10+ years and now Char has eradicated that problem!!
