Went above and beyond for a commercial cooler that we been having many problems. Although unable to fix it. We were able to kind of diagnose and he came up with some other options to help us.
Did a great job. Setup an appointment quick and he came by a day later. Got my AC fixed quickly the same day he checked it out. Very reasonable price as well. Very good experience.

Our furnace stopped working just before a cold snap. Another company came and reset it but didn't fix the issue. Thane came within an hour of calling him and addressed what he thought the issue was. He didn't charge us for the initial visit and came back the next day to confirm the problem and address. We still had issues but Thane called us to follow up even before we could let him know.
