We were in a bind, Thane answered the phone after hours, said he would help us out. Said he could come out late, but said he would be at are condo between 8am and 8:15 next morning. True to his word, he arrived. Helped us out got Geo Thermal up and running. In Kelowna area this kind of service does not usually happen, very very impressed with the company and Thane. The technician that came out to repair the Ac was professional and courteous. He had the AC unit up and running quickly and was eager to explain and answer any questions during the repair.
Showed up on time and answered all my questions! Great service and very knowledgeable.
Thane was extremely professional and prompt, 10/10 would recommend
Hopeless --- failed to complete work, failed to follow up, failed to get rebates, an utter failure. Terrible experience.
