Our furnace stopped working just before a cold snap. Another company came and reset it but didn't fix the issue. Thane came within an hour of calling him and addressed what he thought the issue was. He didn't charge us for the initial visit and came back the next day to confirm the problem and address. We still had issues but Thane called us to follow up even before we could let him know. I called Thane at Fix It Thermodynamics after experiencing an issue with our home air conditioning unit. Another HVAC company had told me the issue was irreparable, and necessitated an expensive full system replacement.
