Jeff and Matt were brilliant, and I would highly recommend! They were extremely efficient when it came to quoting and booking the job in, and then after this point the quality of the work was spot on. Jeff was always happy, polite and professional, and always left the site very tidy before finishing for the day. If you want a company to do the job right, and in the right way then Fix It SW are the team for you!
this is a very efficient company as the managing director came round to look at and advise on all the odd plumbing jobs I needed doing in my new home. He was very helpful as suggestons etc. He then sent me photos of possible replacement products and sent quote wh ch I accepted. He soon fixed up a date and let me know who was coming and what time when I asked. It had to be rearranged as one product h ad not come but again it was rearranged very quickly. We were recommended to FixIt (SW) as we had an urgent job with leaking shower waste.Arrived next day to assess work which was carried out by Chris the following day. He left site extremely clean and tidy. Will use them if needed for future jobs.
Chris turned up on time and was very professional and friendly from the outset. He looked at what needed doing and, as he needed a full day to attend to the reboarding, plastering and painting of the ceiling, suggested other jobs he could help with. He did such a brilliant job with the original Fix It requirement. It doesn’t even look like there was a problem there. Matt, Gary and Chris were really good workers and really nice guys. I had 2 toilets and a vanity unit installed, there were a couple of problems, which Chris worked really hard to solve. I would highly recommend this company, being a lady on my own, I felt completely comfortable with them, which to me, is very important. Thanks guys
