Dropped off a riding lawn mower for repair. Very friendly, will call when he figures out what is wrong and has an estimate of cost. A little hard to see where the shop is the first time, but will know where to turn the next time. The shop looked busy, so I take that as a good sign.
Only had them do warranty repairs so far but been awesome to deal with.
