Five stars for Brady, not so many for the marketing team. The terms & conditions for the discount are very badly written But very happy with the plumber himself. Explained things well and did the work very efficiently
I had a really great experience from being able to book over email, he company sending a picture of the person I could expect to show up (feeling safe inviting people in) to kind and respectful quoting, work and engagement. Really happy with the service, would use again.

Jarryd was friendly and efficient, and did a great job of explaining the different options and pricing. He fixed the problem I hired him for very quickly, and also picked up couple of other things that were on their way to becoming major problems, which I hadn't noticed. 5 stars, would hire again!
