Thane went absolutely above and beyond with his work. He communicated clearly every step of the way and tackled a very tough toilet blockage that required a lot of effort and persistence. What really impressed me was how thoughtful and considerate he was. He carefully laid protective covering from the main door all the way to the powder room to make sure no mess was made in the process.
