Amazing experience with Jason and his crew. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue with our combi boiler system in 30 minutes (other large companies in Edmonton had told us to replace the unit which would have cost us >10k). We had a plumbing issue with our dishwasher and were frustrated as we had just replaced it. If I could give no stars I would. 11 months after installing a new furnace and bragging about a 10 year warranty the furnace quit. Called for repair and they denied it was under warranty and charged labour and parts. Do not believe a word this company says. Update: It is not necessary for you to apologize for my lack of confusion.
