I had a furnace humidifier installed in November 2024. I was given an extra filter and told that the unit needed to be cleaned out once or twice a year. Cost: $1000.00 I had a different plumber come out yesterday to clean the unit. I wasn't too confident in doing it myself. And...THE FILTER WAS BRAND NEW! IT HAD NEVER BEEN USED BECAUSE THE UNIT HAD NEVER BEEN PROPERLY INSTALLED!!! The air flow shutter was 'off'. All wiring had to be removed and rewired because there was no power going to the unit!! We had 2 toilet replacements, a new kitchen faucet, 2 replacement frost tap hose bibs installed by Tyler and Kai(spelling?) on Nov 13, 2025. They proved to be very professional, proficient, friendly and the price was reasonable. We are very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them .Thank you!
