Fix-It-Freddy is absolutely wonderful! I scheduled with the owner over the phone, who was able to provide me a free estimate on the same day, from the photos I sent over. It was for exterior caulking of 10 windows, 5 on the 2nd story, and 5 on the first. His quote was reasonable, and he allowed me to purchase my own caulking/silicone ahead of the job so that they could get to work immediately once they arrive. We had some rot around a window frame which led to leakage. Based on recommendations on a neighborhood site, we reached out to Freddy and set up the repair. His employee, Joseph, arrived on time, reviewed what he would be doing, and did a professional job on the repair. The price we received was fair and there were multiple payment options. And, both Freddy and Joseph were very pleasant to work with. We will definitely consider using them again for home repairs.

Freddie listened to our needs and wants. He proposed great alternative solutions and gave us exactly what we wanted. He gave us a timely detailed estimate that was fair and reasonable. What's more, we got a contract! Not all handyman companies give you a formal contract that detailed the work to be done, the labor hours needed, the cost of the labor and material. the final bill was nearly exactly what he estimated except for the cost of changes I made mid-stream. I had an exterior door that I broke trying to DIY. It couldnt shut. Called Freddy in the evening and they gave me a quote and a technician was here in under 30 minutes. David was a great technician and got things repaired very quickly. The door hasnt open or closed that well in over 20 years. The whole process was smooth and simple. It was great to have a real human pickup the phone and not some AI. They deserve all 5 stars !

Need something repaired at your house? Need a total renovation? Freddy is your man! He and his crew are fast, fair, and phenomenal!
