The cost to have a oven control board replaced in my whirlpool range was ridiculously high according to all the repair shop we had called. Over 400.00 dollars, then we found Certified repair and because Mr. Radden says he was trained in electronic technology he would be able to repair my old board for only half the cost of a new one. Yes my oven works great now and with the guarantee on a new part, i'm glad we found Certified.
My whirlpool automatic washer went on the blink after my husband repaired some pluming around the house. The water would not stop running into the machine, Mr.Radden came out made the assessment the part needed to be ordered and in a week later my washer was back working again. Thanks no more laundry mat.

Hi ! we are the Campbell's and today was a great day. Yesterday we texted our service request to Certified to have our Kenmore series 80 type washer that had stop spinning repaired. The call was scheduled for 11:00am the technician came to McDoungh from Fayetteville more than a 35 mile trip to fix the washer.
