Everything too expensive employees don't know anything about hardware start clear
Second issue with this store. First time I needed keys cut. They cut the key w the wrong blank so it didn’t work. Keys were too thick. Today I came to get some screws and they’re closed. It’s Monday at 6pm. No hours of operation on door. Called the number in window and he says they’re open ‘random hours’. Will never try this place again. 100% fail both times.
I’d give zero star if I could. A sign read”if door is locked call these 2 phone numbers and we will unlock door” I called both. No answer. Not a great business model.
