We had a plumbing emergency over a holiday weekend but, after speaking to Sam, the owner, Fix It Fast showed up in about 2 hrs. David addressed the situation immediately and we were able to turn on the water for the house. We had a specialty part that was needed and David searched, immediately after the holiday, to find the part locally. He installed the part that day and everything is working fine. We have used FIX IT FAST for over 20 years. They've always done a good job, be it small or large plumbing issues. This time the tech (Jaime) diagnosed the problems, offered multiple options (which he gave in writing). Jaime was professional, friendly and competent. Once we selected the option that best met our needs, he completed the work, very much to our satisfaction. We will continue to use FIX IT FAST for all our plumbing and heating needs, and recommend them without reservation.
