From the office staff Lynn was so very professional keeping me updated on everything, to Sam coming out himself to evaluate my situation thoroughly. During Christmas we had a slab leak. It flooded almost our entire home. I called Fix It Fast Plumbing & they came here immediately. They were so kind & understanding regarding our awful situation. Lynn, Lara, Ernie, David plus other personnel were wonderful. They even watered my plants outside for me! I appreciate the entire staff for helping us, quickly. Fix it fast has been a wonderful plumbing company to work with. Jaime is a wonderful tech, he has been so informative and willing to answer any question i may have. He is wonderful and so easy to work with. He really takes care of his customers. He really knows his stuff. I would recommend Jaime and Fix it fast plumbing to anyone.

This is an excellent company. On time, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, detailed options, and when the job was finished I found they went above and beyond in putting everything back together with extra touches to make sure the area was neater than when they started. I called them, because I saw their work ethic while they put in HVAC for a friend I was visiting. Highly recommend!
