We've had three different leaks in our house in the last two months. Jaime was our tech for all of them, and we found him to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. The first job was a leak inside a wall, and the original plumber we called clearly had no idea what he was talking about, which is why we called Fix It Fast. This company was so amazing! Not only was their communication amazing, thanks to Lynn and Lara, but everyone was so kind and professional! The men who came to my house to help us out were amazing and stayed late to get the job done as soon as possible! I would highly recommend them. There is seriously not another company in the 805 who can do as great of work as them overall.

We had a plumbing emergency over a holiday weekend but, after speaking to Sam, the owner, Fix It Fast showed up in about 2 hrs. David addressed the situation immediately and we were able to turn on the water for the house. We had a specialty part that was needed and David searched, immediately after the holiday, to find the part locally. He installed the part that day and everything is working fine. Yes, there specialist. David came to a house for me and his integrity and professionalism and great customer service was awesome. He could’ve been dishonest and gave me a high bid, but he was honest, and his integrity meant the most to us. Great job. Great customer service, and I would recommend him to anybody.
