We have used FIX IT FAST for over 20 years. They've always done a good job, be it small or large plumbing issues. This time the tech (Jaime) diagnosed the problems, offered multiple options (which he gave in writing). Jaime was professional, friendly and competent. Once we selected the option that best met our needs, he completed the work, very much to our satisfaction.
