Paid them $700 to change my spark plugs all to have to take it to another mechanic 2 weeks later to be told they replaced my spark plugs with lawn mower spark plugs, kept the same old coils packs and then quoted me for a whole new motor at $10000 to replace a motor that was completely healthy.

I’ve never written a negative review before, but after careful consideration, I feel compelled to share my experience. I took my 2014 Chevy Silverado to FIX-IT Auto Repair for an engine replacement. I took two vehicles to this shop and both have come back not fixed and one with added issues it didn’t have before. 1200.00 dollars later and I’m having to take both vehicles to a different shop. I DO NOT RECOMNEND. Change your sign to screw it!!! You guys suck!

This shop is amazing. I took my mom's car in for battery trouble and they fixed the loose cable on the spot within minutes and were VERY friendly about it. I then took my Jeep in for the brakes a couple weeks later and not only were they awesome about getting me in and out quickly, they also were far far more affordable than taking it to the dealership. Will highly recommend them to anyone needing a good mechanic in the future.
