The gentleman there was very helpful. I plan on going back. I needed a new camera lens and he got one within a few days. He also fixed it within 20 minutes. I definitely recommend this place!
I requested to have my phone cleaned which was completed within 5 minutes. The Owner did not request or accepted my offer to pay for his time. this qualifies as Good Customer service.
Agree with others here. What a great business. The gentlemen fixed my power button issue FREE and just asked me to send him customers. So get over there now! Seriously, this is the way you run a business: doing courtesy jobs for customer retainment. I will absolutely be back to him with any repair needs. Great business!
I saw Jordan today for a charging issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. He resolved the issue immediately and did not charge me anything. Saved me time and another trip to Verizon who wanted me to replace my phone. Highly recommend people try repair first. James
Twice, I took my devices here and BOTH times they were able to fix my issue in a matter of minutes FREE of charge. Before coming here I took my laptop to best buy and they took it apart only to tell me they needed to send it out for a minimum $80 shipping with no estimate for repairs.
