DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. FIRST THEY SAY 29 min to fix phone but it took over 2 hours and then he broke the MagSafe magnet on phone so it doesn’t work anymore and when we call him he said that’s just how it is. Just a scam artist. EDIT (in response to owner): You are absolutely lying. We went specifically to your store at 3848 McHenry Ave #165, not any other location. I brought my PS5 in to fix a cracked hdmi port on Sunday. I got my consol back Monday and it worked kinda but something was still wrong. I brought it back Tuesday and trouble shot with the employee and after nothing working he took it back no problem and fixed it up. I got it back again Friday and it works flawlessly. The people working were swift and efficient. They were also super transparent with what they were doing and what the problems were when I asked. They were also the cheapest and fastest repair I've gotten.
