I have an older I-Phone, to which I took to them to replace the plug port. They said if I wanted to wait, they could do it right then, and updated it and unlock it. I said I would just pick it up the following day. I did, and it was ready. The charge was less than I had got quoted from 3 different business for the same job. He also stressed if I was not happy, or if I needed help with the update, to call him and he would walk me through it. Well, a few days later, I dropped it. Beware, they do not respond to emails. Never got my prepaid shipping label, asked for refund and NO RESPONSE! Horrible company.
Extra slow service... don't use! They said they would ship my iPad back 3 days ago. No shipment yet...
