Extremely unprofessional. I was told the device was being financed, but later discovered in the contract that it was actually a lease, which was never disclosed upfront. I only found this by reviewing the agreement myself. The associate, Bhumika, failed to explain the material terms. Very misleading experience, I would advise others to stay away and review everything carefully.
