CARING STAFF...GREAT SERVICE AT LOW COST We took 2 female stay cats that each just had had kittens to get spayed about 6 months ago..GREAT SERVICE! No following problems. Then a week and a half ago we took the 3 females of kittens to get spayed...We accidentally fed the kittens in the morning... FIX FOR LIFE's sweet ladies offered to keep the kittens overnight and to feed them and care for them.. No charge! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I brought my dog in to Fix for Life to have him neutered, and when I dropped him off they asked me to fill out paperwork on why you are bringing him in today and things you would like done (shots, flea treatment, nails trimmed, etc.). I didn't need anything done to him other than to get him neutered because I had an appointment for him already set up. When I picked him up they cut his back nails so short that they had to paste the them to keep them from bleeding. Along with that I called a dozen ... read more
